20-year-old cancer patient fulfills dying wish, glammed up in death

A woman dying of bone cancer selected makeup and dress in preparation for her heath

Reports say she had a wish to "die beautiful"

Her wish was inspired by a popular Filipino film

A 20-year-old woman in Davao City, Philippines, had her wish to "die beautiful" fulfilled when she succumbed to bone cancer on April 17.

Just days before her passing and aware that her time was approaching, Racine Pregunta selected the makeup and dress she wished to wear in her coffin.

Her wish was inspired by a popular Filipino film in which a transgender woman makes the same wish.

Racine's family has shared heartbreaking pictures confirming that her wish was indeed fulfilled.

The pictures show Racine lying peacefully in her coffin in immaculate makeup, a flowery white headband and an off-the-shoulder white dress.

Racine's sister, Rolyn, shared the pictures on her Facebook page and paid warm tribute to her fallen sister.

Rolyn wrote: "Today, request fulfilled and there all I see is you, smiling. On the way to the sunset, friends and family gathered and bid their last farewell to Racine who now sleeps beautifully forever. You will always remain in our hearts."
