Uganda President Yoweri Museveni has been mocked on social media after he was captured watering plant during heavy downpour.

On Friday, June 2, the president was captured watering plants under an umbrella during heavy downpour.

In the photo that has gone viral on social media, his advisers and bodyguards were seen trailing behind him under umbrellas.

Social media users who came across the viral photo mocked the president seriously for wasting water.

Some of the users expressed that it is possible the president was not satisfied with the job done by the rain that he had to water the plants himself during the downpour.
