Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo has broken yet another huge record on Tuesday night, May 2, 2017.
The 4-time Ballon d’Or winner netted a hat-trick against Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Champions League to land the feat.
Ronaldo has now scored 20 goals in the Madrid Derby making him the leading scorer of one of the fiercest football rivalry in the world.
The former Manchester United star is also the all-time highest goal scorer in Europe's top six Leagues
Former Real Madrid star Alfred Di Stefano and CR7 had been on 17 goals each before Ronaldo's classic on Tuesday night. Recall that Ronaldo has also surpassed Atletico Bilbao's Aritz Aduriz's record of 45 headers.
