Jose Mourinho has asked Manchester United chiefs to end their pursuit of Cristiano Ronaldo in favour of signing Harry Kane and Alvaro Morata.
The manager is willing to spend £100million on the Spurs man as he looks to create a new look attack for his side next season.
Cristiano has been linked with a return to United after becoming involved in a tax fraud case with the Red Devils looking to capitalize.

However with Ronaldo looking likely to remain at the Santiago Bernabeu, the Red Devils boss wants attention turned to long time targer Kane.
He also wants the club to close a £60m deal with Real Madrid for forward Alvaro Morata.

Tottenham have already said they could not entertain any bids for Harry Kane as the striker is settled.
