70-year-old Nigerian grandpa writes JAMB in Ondo state (photos)

An old Nigerian man has left Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) candidates in shock after he appeared to take the exam with the young candidates.

The unidentified man who looked to be in his 70s with grey hair all over his head wrote his JAMB exam with other shocked candidates in Ondo state.

Reports gathered that the exam was held at MIS Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo state.

A social media user who was also a candidate at the examination centre shared photos of the old man as he wrote his exam.

The user wrote: “This Old Man was seen writing UTME examination at MIS Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo. I guess he should be in his early 70s...What could be his purpose for doing that.”

There is no age limit for learning, old or young human beings keep learning every day. The ability to learn is a mechanism instilled in every human being but it is still shocking to see someone as old as this man sit for a JAMB exam.

It is believed that there is a certain time in life when learning becomes harder than it usually is, for a man in his 70s do you think there is any point in trying hard to learn anymore?
