Belgian international superstar Eden Hazard has put Spanish and European champions Real Madrid on alert after admitting that he could leave Premier League champions Chelsea in the summer.
Hazard is Real Madrid's top transfer target following his superb performances last season which helped the London based club win the Premier League title.

“Leaving Chelsea? Never say never in football, but at the moment it’s not something that’s on my mind.
“We all have our dreams. I haven’t spoken to Chelsea yet.
“To be honest, I don’t know which offers will arrive. What I know is that I still have a contract for 3 years at Chelsea.” Hazard explained.
