The 22-year-old has been a target for top clubs in Europe with Real Madrid and Chelsea also in the chase for the midfielder's signature.

The Portuguese midfielder has grown to be one of Europe’s finest playmakers and has been a key player for Monaco this season scoring eight goals and assisting nine in all competitions.
