First Lady Aisha Buhari presents gifts to parents of quintuplets in Abuja (photos)



First Lady Aishat Buhari has congratulated the Uduehi family who welcomed five baby girls in Abuja

This is coming after the unemployed couple received gifts from prominent people in the country

The wife of the president, Aisha Buhari, has congratulated the Uduehi family who welcomed quintuplets in Abuja.

Mrs Buhari was represented by the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the president, Hajo Sani, who expressed the first lady’s joy and gratitude for the safe delivery of the beautiful girls.

Sani said: "Mrs. Buhari has a special passion for improving the lives of women and children through her Future Assured Programme.”

Gift items from the Aisha Buhari were also presented to the babies and their parents by Sani.

The SSA to the president was received by the Chief Medical Director of National Hospita, Jaf Momoh.

Momoh who thanked the first lady, expressed that the little girls are doing well.

NAIJ.com had earlier reported that the couple who recently got married and welcomed their girls 8 months after their marriage, have been receiving gifts from some prominent Nigerians.

The governor of Edo state, Godwin Obaseki, had given the family the sum of N1m and also taken care of their hospital bills. Also, the Head Of Service (HOS) of the federation, Winifred Oyo-Ita, promised to give the unemployed father a job and a new home to accommodate his family.
