An Egyptian woman who some say was once the world's fattest woman is attempting to shed a massive 406kg.
At her heaviest, Eman Ahmed Abdulati weighed a whopping 504kg. Doctors caring for her at Burjeel Hospital in Abu Dhabi say she has lost some of that weight, although it is unclear how much.
The 36-year-old is hoping to attain her ideal weight of 95kg soon.

One of Eman's doctors, Dr Shamsheer Vayalil, told reporters: "She has reduced (weight), trimmed down and is looking much better. This will take time and there’s no magic cure. We are willing to walk all that distance with the family."
He added that the doctors have won her confidence as a first step and that she is determined to stick to their advice as much as she can.
