Lionel Messi tied the knot his childhood girlfriend Antonella Roccuzzo on Friday, June 30, 2017, in a ceremony dubbed the 'Wedding of the Century'.
There were plenty of leftover food and drinks following the Argentine's wedding party but all did not go to waste as the Barcelona star and his bride gave them all to charity, according to Rosario Food Bank director Pablo Algrain.
The big ceremony took place in their hometown in Rosario, Argentina as many football legends were invited to the event.

Algrain said: "It all arrived to the store and we're controlling it, we don't yet know quite how much there is.
"We explained to the wedding organisers that we can accept soft drinks and snacks, but that we'd have to change alcoholic drinks for money because we cannot accept them," he added.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner is currently enjoying his honeymoon with his new wedded wife and two children.
NAIJ.com reported that Messi signed a new contract with the Catalan club which is set to expire in 2021.
