Presidential Amnesty Programme beneficiary becomes first officer of Air Peace flight (photos)

A beneficiary of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, John Paul Nku, has become the first officer of an aircraft from Air Peace airline.

The Presidential Amnesty Programme was created on June 26, 2009, to rehabilitate militants who were causing terror in Niger Delta.

With the new development in the life of a beneficiary from the programme, it seems the rehabilitation worked well for the ex-militants.

Facebook user, Wabiye Idoniboyeobu, made Nku’s story known on his page.
