Man says Hausa would become Nigeria's official language

Reno Omokri, former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, recently attacked President Buhari for addressing Nigerians in Hausa language in his Eid-El-Fitr message

Following the attack from Omokri, a Nigerian man expressed that Hausa language would soon become Nigeria’s major language.

A Nigerian man, Sadiqq Ibrahim, has expressed that Hausa language would become the official language in the country because a lot of people speak Hausa.

According to him, about 76% of the Nigerian people speak Hausa language, adding that even those who are from other tribes in the country speak it.

He also stated that once Hausa becomes the official language, everyone would speak the language whether they like it or not.
