Jose Mourinho carries late father’s coffin as he is laid to rest

It was a very touching moment in Portugal as Felix the father of Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho was laid to rest.

The former Chelsea boss was actively involved in the proceedings in Setubal as he was among the undertakers who carried the coffin of his late dad into church for funeral rites on Tuesday, June 27.

Felix Mourinho who was a legendary goalkeeper had battled against ill health since the year 2017 before he finally passed away on Sunday, June 25, at the age of 79.

He made more than 250 appearances as a goalkeeper for Vitoria Setubal and Belenenses in his career along with one for the national team.
