Couple who married 3 days after they met celebrate 37th anniversary (photos)

A couple who got married three days after meeting each other in 1980 celebrates thirty-seven years of being married to each other.

NAIJ.com came across the wonderful news after their daughter shared photos of the couple on her Twitter account to celebrate their wedding anniversary.

The lady simply identified as, Jackson, expressed that the two met each other in a village and got married three days after in a small wedding.

According to her, the relationship between her parents is successful because they are both understanding.

She said: “I should also add that my dad is not a "typical African man". He cooks if necessary, cleans up after himself, and listens when u talk. My mom is impossibly understanding and tolerant though so please don't try this at home.”


The woman is 54 years old while her husband is 65 years old
