Barcelona superstar Arda Turan has reportedly agreed a mega million move to join Premier League club Arsenal this summer.
But the Gunners are said not to have settled on a fee with the Spanish club who are willing to cash in on the Turkish international.
NAIJ.com understands that Arda Turan wants a move to the Emirates stadium in the next transfer, but Barcelona want £26 million for him to leave Spain.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has been an admirer of the 30-year-old for a number of years, and has eyed a switch for him in the past.
The Gunners chief is trying to reduce Barca’s valuation of Turan and may get his wish as they want to get rid of the Atletico Madrid ace.
Turan started just 15 matches in La Liga and the Champions League last season in what was a frustrating campaign
