Woman gives birth inside BRT bus in Lagos

A pregnant woman was said to have delivered inside a Lagos Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) on Friday, May 12, at Fadeyi bus stop.

The woman was said to have gone into labour shortly after getting on board the bus. She eventually gave birth to bouncing baby boy with the help of the passengers.

A video of the happy moment which was shared online showed the newborn being carried off the BRT by a paramedic attached to the Lagos state Ambulance Service into a waiting ambulance.

The baby was followed by the new mum being led into the ambulance. Lots of people were seen as they cheered the woman on and took photos of the moment with their photo
