Antoine Griezmann has disclosed the player who he feels will win the 2017 Ballon d’Or award and it is neither Cristiano Ronaldo nor Lionel Messi.

The Atletico Madrid star has favourited Juventus stopper Gianluigi Buffon to win the prestigious award this year.

The French striker also believes that the Old Lady will edge Los Blancos in the Champions League final in Cardiff to win Europe's biggest title.

The former Real Sociedad forward came third behind Ronaldo and Messi in last year's Ballon d'Or award.

He said in an interview with El Larguero: “Juventus will win the Champions League and therefore Gigi Buffon the Ballon d’Or."
