It was reported that the veteran Nigerian trainer was hit by a bus on Saturday, April 8, 2017 in Ogun state and died immediately.
The news will come as a huge setback for the management of Remo Stars who are planning for their Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) game against Sunshine Stars on Sunday, April 9, 2017.
Remo Stars goalkeeper David Walbe confirmed the demise of their coach stressing that his death came as a shock to all the players of the club.
''We were together yesterday (Friday, April 7) in training and we came back together and we talked and laughed. We were planning on how we will travel to Kaduna after the game against Enyimba.
