A young Nigerian man has received merciless beating after he slapped a woman

According to the lady, he slapped her because she was wearing a cap with the IPOB logo on it

A young Nigerian man has been humiliated and beaten mercilessly after he allegedly slapped a lady who was walking on the street for wearing an Independent People of Biafra cap.

Reports gathered that the man had allegedly slapped the lady after he asked her to take off her Independent People of Biafra (IPOB) cap.

According to the lady, the man asked her to remove the cap she was wearing because it bears the logo of IPOB which he said is not a registered government in Nigeria.

She said he slapped her and stabbed her with a screw driver before destroying her tablet.

The lady said she retaliated by slapping him back before the residents of the area came to her aid.

However, when the man was questioned by the chairman of the area, he denied slapping her but could not give a reason for approaching the lady.
