FRSC officials caught sleeping on duty in Anambra state (photo)

It is so sad that when those who are meant to be safeguarding our lives are found in a compromising position and the government is doing little or nothing about it.

Over the weekend in Anambra state, some officials of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) abused the rules and regulations of their occupation after drinking heavily while on duty.

Reports gathered that, according to the picture which has now gone viral on the internet, the three officials were seen sited on plastic chairs with bottles of Star beer on the floor while they were fast asleep in their full regalia.

However, the identities of these officials remain unknown but rumours have it that the male officials were under the influence of alcohol which is against the ethics of their profession.
