A former kerosene seller has gotten a job offer at the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC)

The lady who would be working for BBC Africa would be required to speak Pidgin English during her programme

A Nigerian lady, Ruona J. Meyer, who used to be a kerosene seller, has gotten a job offer at the British Broadcasting Corporation.

Meyer, who shared her life story and achievements on social media, thanked God for her new job at BBC which she started on Monday, June 12.

According to her, she would be working for BBC Africa on a programme where she would speak Pidgin English.

She explained that there was a time when she sold kerosene in front her mother’s drug store at Ilasa area of Lagos state.
