Ifeanyi Ubah set to buy unnamed Spanish or Israeli club


Business mogul Ifeanyi Ubah is reportedly set to buy-over a Spanish clun

We understand that the Capital Oil chairman is also working on buying a football club in Israel

It is believed that the deal will attract young talented Nigerian footballers

Capital Oil boss Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah has reportedly begun his hunt to buy-over a club in Europe as he has opened talks with Spanish and Israeli clubs.

It is no news that the business mogul is a football enthusiast as he is chairman of Anambra state Football Association as well as the owner of Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) club Ifeanyi Ubah FC.

His NPFL club is also in partnership with Premier League side West Ham United as he has admitted that he has an undying love football and would do his best to achieve his football dreams.

It is believed that if and when the deal with either European club actualizes, it will serve as destination for young talented Nigerian footballers.

Ikechukwu Emeka Onyia who is a special assistant to the business man confirmed this information in a sport show at ABS television in Anambra state.

He said: “Ifeanyiu Ubah is trying to buy a club in Spain or Israel”.

“Of course, when the deal eventually gets through, some of the young players who will be discovered from the ‘one family, one footballer’ program will have somewhere in Europe to improve their career," he added.
