Adeshina Issa Gata is arguably the youngest and the most talented superstar in the Apex League in Nigeria who plays for Nigeria Professional Football League side Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS FC).
Born on February 8, 1999, Gata is one of the rising stars campaigning in the Nigeria's top flight with scintillating performances for his club this season.
Lots have been said about this starlet and the 18-year-old did not disappoint on Sunday, June 4, 2017, as his superb display masterminded ABS' condemnation of visiting Niger Tornadoes at the Kwara state stadium, Ilorin.

NAIJ.com caught up with the player on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, and he explained the journey of his football career so far.
''I started my football career at Kwara Football Academy, and I was so glad then because my parent supported my dreams which is to play football.
''I excelled at the Academy and it paved ways for me to enter Kwara United where I did well before I joined ABS FC.
''Football has never given me any course to regret my action and like other parent who would not want their children to play football. My mum and my dad have always been there for me,'' he said.

Gata also explained that Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi is his role model, but admitted that his dreams is to play for Spanish and European champions Real Madrid.
''Lionel Messi is my role model, and I always try to play like him anytime I am on the pitch, but Real Madrid is my dream team and I know and have the believe that I will play for them one day,'' Gata said to NAIJ.com.
Meanwhile, Gata and his ABS FC teammates currently occupy 11th position on the NPFL standings, and the Saraki Boys will play Ifeanyi Ubah in their next fixture.
