Nigeria’s Wilfred Ndidi was on song on Saturday afternoon, May 6, as Leicester City defeated Watford 3-0 at the King Power Stadium.
Ndidi capitalized on a loose ball after the visitors failed to clear their lines when Danny Drinkwater’s cross found the Nigerian just 10-yards-out before he coolly slotted home to put his side ahead in the 38th minute.

The very determined Foxes hit the woodwork twice, but Riyad Mahrez doubled his side’s lead when Adrian Mariappa made a silly mistake in the defence to make it 2-0.
Marc Albrighton completed the rout in injury time when he connected to Jamie Vardy’s pass and slotted home to guarantee his side a place in the Premier League next season.
And now Watford have lost three consecutive games and now drop to 15th on the log and eight points above relegation zone.
