Alexis Sanchez's desire to leave Arsenal in the summer is as result of failure of the club to turn their talent into consistent performances.

The 28-year-old is bent on a move away from the London club in the summer despite Arsene Wenger's confidence that he will sign an extension

The Chilean has expressed frustration at his teammates' lack of zeal to perform on match-days.

He believes his teammates do not share his ambition and desire to always win as he is tired of their failure to produce quality performances.

Sanchez signed for the Gunners from Barcelona and has been one of the most consistent players since joining the club in 2014.

The North London club are currently 6th on the Premier League table with four games to go and 6 points adrift fourth-placed Manchester City.
